ThetaHealing® is a technique that focuses on thought and prayer. It teaches us how to harness our natural intuition, relying on unconditional love. We believe that by shifting our brainwave cycle to include the “Theta” state, we can witness the Universe/Source/Creator create instantaneous physical and emotional healing. Additionally, we can reprogram limiting beliefs, overcome negative thoughts, and create conscious, positive change.

It is best to gain clarity on what you would like to work on before the session. You can start by asking yourself this question: If I could get anything out of the session, what would it be?

• Drink plenty of water throughout the day and after the session.

• Ensure your internet connection is stable.

• Make sure you won’t be disturbed.

• Be present

I offer one-hour sessions, as well as packages of three or five sessions. The length and number of sessions depend on your unique needs and desired outcomes. Some people experience instant healing in the first session, while others may benefit from multiple sessions to address specific issues. Many also choose ongoing support during challenging times.

Healing sessions are strictly private and confidential.

However, there are exceptions to this rule, such as when there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

ThetaHealing is a gentle yet powerful technique. The healing process is a personal journey into the deep layers of your being, and it’s normal to feel some discomfort at times. During the session, we can alleviate this discomfort through feeling downloads related to safety, support, and unconditional love.

Absolutely, remote/online sessions are just as effective.

We are all connected through unconditional love, and the practitioner is trained to utilize this connection whether in person or online.
